If I could give more stars for this company I would! Jesse did an absolutely fabulous job at making my cousins surprise bday celebration a hit. We had company fall through with a different bounce house company and called "bouncing frowns upside down" last minute hoping hoping to get something asap for saturday morning. Jesse called back when he was out on a run and said he could fulfill our last minute order and came to the house within 30mins. He saved the party and our day! He set up fast at our house and let us even keep the waterslide until Monday morning. He deserves the best for this company and multiple amounts of recognition! Thank you for making this a lovely weekend🤗

I can’t say enough about how impressed we are with this company and how nice their employees are. Jesse and Christian came by early to set up the bounce house for our granddaughter‘s birthday party today. When the party was over, I texted Jesse and he came by within 30 minutes to pick it up. The speed with which they set it up and take it down is impressive and the bounce house itself was super clean and in perfect shape! We chose them because they had the best rates, however, their service and professionalism totally exceeded our expectations. Fantastic customer service! They had the plain white none-netted bounce house. Perfect for teenagers/adults. It even had rings to attach balloons/decor too. From when I placed the reservation I had constant communication with Jesse through text. Even with possible thunderstorms I was always able to communicate my needs. We had an incredible experience with this bounce house rental! Jesse, the owner, was professional and had the whole thing set up in just a matter of minutes. The unit was spotlessly clean and fit perfectly in our yard.

Working with Bouncing Frowns Upside Down was a professional and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. From answering all my questions at booking, timely sending invoice/receipt, updating me on arrival time, etc, Jesse and his team were prompt, had great communication, and were respectful. Jesse and the gentleman assisting him in set up took pride in their work. I especially appreciate them asking questions and never assuming. For example, they asked if they could stake down first and in fact, we did have turf that could not be staked in. They ensured everything was set up exactly how we needed for the party. The inflatables were of great quality. They wiped everything down and left signs to clearly communicate rules for the inflatables. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Was super easy to rent the inflatable waterslide. They immediately followed up with a personal confirmation text. Checked in a day before our event and even offered to drop it off early. We had a great experience renting the jellyfish bounce house! It fit in our yard, which only had 15 feet of width space. The kids had a blast! By Far, the Highlight of the party was the Waterslide! The kids had a blast going down the slide, but I think the Adults had an even better time! It was the exact thing we needed to have a good party into a great Party!

Jesse is extremely professional and the best vendor I have worked with for a party. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed so I could be stress-free. He arrived early and set everything up himself to ensure a smooth day. The tables and chairs he provided were also a HUGE HELP! So many people needed a place to sit and It was nice Jesse had them all for us!

On Saturday our Church held a successful Back to School Event. We ordered 2 bouncy houses from “Bouncing Frowns Upsidedown” this was our first opportunity to use this company. After reviewing a thorough contract and negotiating which bounce houses we would like, we contracted with BFU. We were very pleased. Jesse our POC was a thorough communicator, he arrived early and set up quickly. He was extremely professional and left a sandwich board of safety rules which saved us needing to make one (see photo). When the event was over Jesse was in communication, came quickly and had 2 bouncy houses loaded and the grounds back to normal within 20 min. We do a lot of events and are excited to do business with “Bouncing Frowns Upsidedown” in the future. We highly recommend this company and plan to use them for our future event needs.

Bouncing Frowns Upside Down is amazing! We had some unfortunate things happen in our family and had to cancel a trip to Disney for our daughters birthday. We wanted to throw together a last minute party for her at home and we’re worried we wouldn’t be able to find a slide. The only place I’d call from now on. Quick, reliable and courteous. They communicated and checked on me through the whole time. They remembered it was for a house warming party and made sure the jumper is nice and fit the occassion. Our guest had a blast.
