If I could give more stars for this company I would! Jesse did an absolutely fabulous job at making my cousins surprise bday celebration a hit. We had company fall through with a different bounce house company and called "bouncing frowns upside down" last minute hoping hoping to get something asap for saturday morning. Jesse called back when he was out on a run and said he could fulfill our last minute order and came to the house within 30mins. He saved the party and our day! He set up fast at our house and let us even keep the waterslide until Monday morning. He deserves the best for this company and multiple amounts of recognition! Thank you for making this a lovely weekend🤗

Jesse is a stand-up guy, who simply wants the best for his customers. He was very accommodating for us. We went with the newer 19' gummy bear slide and it was a real hit with all the kiddo's, and even some of the parents (myself included 😂). The kids were on it for hours until we finally managed to lure them away with cupcakes. Highly recommended.

We rented a bounce house and 22 chairs. Everything was perfect. Jesse was awesome. Arrived on time. Courteous, polite, friendly, very attentive to the customers needs. Very honest and transparent. This was our first time experience and it couldn’t have gone better. The bounce house was cleaned and the chairs were very sturdy. The prices were lower than what we were finding online. Will def save this information and use them again.

Was super easy to rent the inflatable waterslide. They immediately followed up with a personal confirmation text. Checked in a day before our event and even offered to drop it off early. Set up was quick and easy and pick-up was the same. Highly recommend. My daughter had a blast. Will be using them again for her next birthday party.

We had a great experience renting the jellyfish bounce house! It fit in our yard, which only had 15 feet of width space. The kids had a blast! Jesse even dropped off the bounce house a day early, which was very nice! He was on time, professional, and even sanitized the bounce house before dropping it off. I won't be using anyone else for bounce house rentals

By Far, the Highlight of the party was the Waterslide! The kids had a blast going down the slide, but I think the Adults had an even better time! It was the exact thing we needed to have a good party into a great Party!

Jesse is extremely professional and the best vendor I have worked with for a party. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed so I could be stress-free. He arrived early and set everything up himself to ensure a smooth day. The tables and chairs he provided were also a HUGE HELP! So many people needed a place to sit and It was nice Jesse had them all for us!

What I appreciated most was his care of the success of the event and the atmosphere of the party Jesse went above and beyond to create memories in celebrating getting my master’s degree. 12/ out of 10 – The Perfect Vendor for your Event!

On Saturday our Church held a successful Back to School Event. We ordered 2 bouncy houses from “Bouncing Frowns Upsidedown” this was our first opportunity to use this company. After reviewing a thorough contract and negotiating which bounce houses we would like, we contracted with BFU. We were very pleased. Jesse our POC was a thorough communicator, he arrived early and set up quickly. He was extremely professional and left a sandwich board of safety rules which saved us needing to make one (see photo). When the event was over Jesse was in communication, came quickly and had 2 bouncy houses loaded and the grounds back to normal within 20 min. We do a lot of events and are excited to do business with “Bouncing Frowns Upsidedown” in the future. We highly recommend this company and plan to use them for our future event needs.

These guys are awesome, had a housefull of kids on the 4th of July and our personal water slide got 3 big holes in it. These guys came out an hour later at 4pm on the 4th of July to get the kiddos jumping again. Highly recommend!

Bouncing Frowns Upside Down is amazing! We had some unfortunate things happen in our family and had to cancel a trip to Disney for our daughters birthday. We wanted to throw together a last minute party for her at home and we’re worried we wouldn’t be able to find a slide. Bouncing Frowns Upside Down went out of their way to accommodate us last minute and my daughter had the best birthday ever! The customer service and communication was as good as it gets! Bouncing Frowns Upside Down provided wonderful service for my daughter’s birthday party. We rented the Thunder Mountain water slide and the entire party had a blast!!! The water slide was exactly as the website pictured, and was squeaky clean. The best part for me though, was the service. The only place I’d call from now on. Quick, reliable and courteous. They communicated and checked on me through the whole time. They remembered it was for a house warming party and made sure the jumper is nice and fit the occassion. Our guest had a blast.
